CPP Elder Street
The City of Perth’s Elder Street Car Park opened recently to great fanfare as being the “Greenest” Car Park complex in WA.
Designed by Hames Sharley Architects, in conjunction with Bassett Consultants (Aecom), the Car Park features many state of the art power saving and environmentally friendly features.
Light Application is proud to have supplied the full Philips Dynalite lighting control system for the project, which features extensive sensor and daylight harvesting software control of all spaces utilizing DALI intelligent lighting fixtures. Our system interfaces to the Access Control, Security & Gates, and was a complete success. The DALI aspects of the project can be problematic, but our experienced team of technicians supported the Electrical Contractor Protech right throughout the installation period to ensure no issues arose later, with the Car Park opening earlier than the building schedule.
With 1064 car bays, 60 motorcycle bays, a secured area for 54 bicycles, along with 12 electric car recharging bays, Light Application are very happy to be associated with this project.
