The new IKEA super-complex in Innaloo is nearing its completion date of February 2008. At over 26,400 square metres, the new 2 level Ikea store will be the largest single tenant building in WA.
Light Application are proud to have been chosen to provide the Dynalite lighting control system for the entire complex. Dynalite’s ControlSoft software suite provides the basis of the control platform, with lighting controllers located in DB boards spread over the entire complex.
With the single Dynalite network stretching over an estimated 3kilometres of network cabling, the DyNet® network has multiple failsafe modes, daylight harvesting, optical isolation and global and local control.
Featuring a 400 seat restaurant, retail “expanses”, staff and storage facilities along with office and car parks, the new store is due for handover at the end of this year for fitout by the client.
